Hi, I had sex for the first time without a condom and about 24-48hrs later i developed red spots on the glans of my penis - .i.e the penis head. It was a bit itchy for like most of the day,I am uncircumsized.

I too am uncircumsized and I occasionally get the same thing and it turns out that its a yeast infection that I get from my wife. I don't think circumsized men ever get this because the forskin keeps your glans moist thereby allowing the the yeast infection. Simply purchase an over-the-counter yeast infection cream (that women use) and apply it to your glans. It should go away in a day or two. Naturally, your GF needs to treat herself also or you'll get it again if her condition persists. IP: Logged |

Couldn't really tell you how long it takes for the male to break out and no I didn't have any other symptoms. Any of the female yeast infection creams will do. The only name that comes to mind right now is Monostat. You can find several brands in the supermarkets. IP: Logged |
