What is the difference between gential wart(s) and cyist. Most of articles I have read deal with cyist dealing more internal compared to external.
Last year I had notice a small bump on base of my shaft, made a mental note but then forgot about. Several months ago I notice the bump again and the last several weeks I think its' gotten worse. The last couple of days seems to of gotten larger. Thinking back, it has itched, but not often and not constant or consistant. Looking on this board, I gather there maybe a test to take to see if I have gential warts? Would this test determine between a cyist and a wart? Should I expect warts vs. wart(which I have only one for now) in the future?
THanks
Tom

You didn't describe this lump very well so we don't have any idea what it may be. I've heard of a test for HPV warts is to soak the area in plain white vinegar. If it turns white, then it is a wart.
