I am currently using cetaphil, and i am just still having problems with acne and dermatitis. I use differn at night and cleocin solution in the morning. the dermatitis is around my nose and is completely stubborn. i have heard that dandruff shampoo helps with the dermatitis. is this true? and what brands? thanks
