Does anyone ever experience upper back muscle pain or spasms'? I suffer from it everyday and I believe it is due to tension and stress. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do to relieve the pain?

I too suffer from muscle spasms in my back. I also get terrible jaw pain and headaches ALL due to my anxiety issues and stress. I go to a chiropractor three times a week and have seen much improvement. I also think that massage helps a lot. Even if you just get one of those hand-held massagers by Homedics-can find them at drugstores and Wal-mart. It will definitely help you. Good luck and feel better!

You can get quick long lasting relief from a physical or massage therapist, where they knead the tension and knots our of your muscles. This is the only thing that helped me after severe whiplash in a car accident, where it strained my upper back and neck muscles.
