My husband's second stroke, ten years ago, left him with a rare condition known as visual agnosia. Does anyone know someone who has it or anything about it? Does anyone know of a treatment for it? ---JoJo IP: Logged |

Visual agnosia is an inability to recognize objects by sight, even though sight is intact. His stroke probably affected the side of the brain that deals with recognizing an object with his eyes. Unfortunately, there's no treatment available yet. Hope this help! IP: Logged |
