Hello everyone,

I have suffered testical pain since I was 16. At that time, I didn't think it was so serious until now. However, for a few times of symptom occurring, I went to see a doctor and he just said nothing was so intense about that, then gave me a prescription of medicine to reduce my testical pain. Now, I am nearly 19 and the problem is still acting. My testicular pain doesn't occur all the time, only when I work hard and do a lot of movements. It is a very intense pain, happens on my right testis. Whenever the symptom rises up,I feel trouble to move. At that time, I have to go urinate constantly, usually every 5 minutes until the pain is relieved. Sometimes, I feel trouble with my belly that I have to defecate strangely when my right testis feels pain as I sense. The pain only reduces or relieves if I sit down or stay to rest. It's best if I sit down and rest. Mostly, I feel both of my left and right edge of my belly hurts or crawls.
I don't really have a specific clue why it happens to me and it is really embarassing. I just guess the reason is because I have work too hard without a good method of resting. But that shouldn't be enough. Something more serious must have cause it.

Can you guys give me some advices on my problem?

Thank you in advance!

It could be a number of different things, all of which need to be considered / ruled out:

1) An inguinal hernia
2) a prostate infection
3) a groin pull or excessive tightness / inflammation of the groin muscles

It may even be something else, but these are where I would start to look for answers. - Al
