I was looking at either Hydroxy Cut or Stacker 2, both ephedra free pills. I'm kinda leaning towards the hydroxy Cut, because Stacker has a bad rep. But I want something that is effective. My friend used to take Hydroxycut, and it did good for him. But that was the ephedra pill.

I would like to hear some suggestions. Hopefully from those who know from experience. Any pill, as long as it's ephedra free.

Please help

I've been taking Thermochrome Ephedra Free now and I absolutely love it. I've seen some very good results with no weird sideaffects.

I took Euphedra free Xenedrine for a few months, and it didn't do anything. I think I lost 3 pounds. I gained it back as soon as I stopped taking them. I think it was water weight anyways. Good luck!

I am thinking about Trim Spa now.

I just started taking Ephedra Free Xenadrine on Monday and already I have dropped several pounds. I started quite a few new things on Monday, so I am not sure what is really did it. If nothing else, it knocked me off the plateau that I was on for several weeks. Unfortunately, everyones body composition is different so you may not get the same response that I did. So far, exercising, taking Xenadrine EFX and following their suggested diet has worked for me.

I'm 5'10, 170 and was already very lean but just couldn't get off that last 5 lbs. Started on Hydroxycut about 4 weeks ago and have seen about a 4 to 5 pound loss. I was already watching my intake really close so I'm going to attribute the loss to Hydroxycut. Haven't experienced any side effects but saw other feedback from those who had.
