No horror stories here...it is actually the only diet pill that has ever really WORKED for me. Got me over a loooooong running plateau. Good luck to you! IP: Logged |

i started taking trimspa (ephedra free) on sunday (oct. 19) and so far I have noticed a difference. I'm definitely not as hungry and I have lost 4 pounds. I'm also following atkins. IP: Logged |
