Is a reversal the only option for pregnancy after a man has a vasectomy? Isn't there away to go in and get the sperm some how? Like with a needle or something??

Reversal is the more common way to try for a pregnancy after a vasectomy. But you and your partner can go see a doctor about other options. It will be expensive no matter what way you go. There is a way in which they can extract sperm but then they normally prefer to do IVF for you to get pregnant. That is where they take your egg and his sperm and fertilize them and then place it back inside your womb.
Your best bet is to go see his doctor and see what options are available and which you can afford.

I would have to say that a reversal is probably the easiest way to go. My husband had a reversal last year and luckily I got pregnant quickly after. We have a son due in almost 3 weeks now and we're very excited. Just check with your doctor and see about your options from there. Good luck!
