Has he had an MRI? Sounds like he needs one. I have extreme lower back pain due to a deteriated disc. I've had 3 epidurals, which haven't helped me, but they have done wonders for others.

How can you say it came out fine if he has a sciatic nerve problem? That is one of the most agonizing diagnosis a person can have! My brother has a sciatic nerve resulting from a bulging disc in his back. It causes excruciating pain down his leg to the point where he falls to the floor in agony. He is postponing the inevitable -surgery. He actually had a surgery date scheduled and cancelled at the last minute. We are all frightened to death of back surgery, but sometimes it is the only possible solution. Has surgery been recommended to your husband?

no surgury has not been suggested. and i believe he has given up on doctors. he refuses to go see another mainly due to our $ situation . hes been to a total of 5 i believe. most say its his imagination. i know my husband and i see the pain in his eyes. hes the one that said mri was fine then another doctor said it was sinatic he just doesn't understand why noone is willing to help him
