hey there i havent had the op you had but was just wondering what hospital you had your op at ?

------------------
*Injured back 12/12/01 at work lifting BBQ's and outdoor furniture.
*Couldnt walk for two weeks
* Went to P/T twice a week
* Went to a rehab hospital twice a week
*Both gave me no relief for 15 months
* Ortho diagnosed me with
- DDD of entire lumbar spine
- Scheuermann's Disease
- Bulging disc at L4-5
and L5-S1
-nerve compression at S1
-Spinal stenosis
-Retrolisthesis L5-S1

* Neuro wants to perform :
-Spinal rhizolysis
-Laminectomy
-Discetomy L5-S1
-PLIF

I have seen 6 surgeons who all agree with the surgery.
waiting for part two of w/c hearing to secure payment for surgery.

Hi again my recovery is going not to bad, I tried to return to work the other day in an office job but couldnt sit for very long so that was the end of that, the worst mistake i made was going off my medication to early i am back on them now which has eased it, but tried to do to much to early, I walk 12km a day and exercise bike 20km-30km a day that is all I am allowed to do, leg pain is all gone, what type of surgery are you booked in for 2 or 3 levels, cheers
