I haven't bought any of them, but I did check out the "Dont Go to the Makeup Counter W/Out Me" at my local library..it's a really useful book and would love to buy it. Maybe you should go and see if they have both books at your local library.

I just bought he book " don't go to the make up counter without me" and I love it. I have very sensitive dry skin and acne and all the products I have tried made my skin worse. I have a long list of ingredients I can't use. If I had bought her book sooner I would have saved a lot of money. All the products I didn't like she gave bad reviews to. since I have dry skin its hard to find a good product that won't dry me out more and cause more acne. Her book really helped and my skin looks so much better. I definitely think it was worth buying, but I would check out the library first or see if you can buy it used.

You are asking the right person! I LOVE Paula and I have all of her books. If I had to choose, I would pick "don't go the cosmetics counter..." It is invaluable and has saved me money and time--not to mention my skin! She rules! In the long run the book will have paid for itself many times over. Also, her own line of cosmetics/skin care is FABULOUS!
