I'm in the market for some makeup brushes and I was looking for some recommendations. I would like to buy a set but in all reality I know I won't use the foundation/powder brush.

My makeup brushes are from Estee Lauder but I've also
seen others by Perscriptives, Lancome. I originally bought a set from WalMart and they hurt my face. The
more expensive ones will last forever and feel good as
they are made from (please forgive me. i can't think of the word i'm trying to find.) I don't know if I've helped you or confused you. Oh, you can search for the
different brands on the internet.

I agree that perscriptives brushes are the best. They are on the expensive side, but they are so worth it. My whole make-up line is from them.

I don't use any with synthetic hairs. I like MAC brushes. Oh, and I meant to add that I have a lip brush from Perscriptives that I love.
