Still looking for that favorite lipstick shade. I have blond hair, green eyes, and more of a yellow shade to my skin colour. Cannot seem to find that perfect shade , they seem either too pink or too peach. Any suggestions?

PS. Did just try a new lip gloss - CoverGirl GlossSlicks in the color "blushing". Gives lips just a hint of rose color, but feels bit sticky on.

Please help for lipstick color suggestions...thank you.

Hi,
Have you ever tried MAC lipsticks? I have blonde hi-lites and dark eyes. I wear "o" from MAC and I find it very flattering. It has a red/wine base with some gold tones to it. I guessyou have to see it. Try stopping at the Bay one day and ask the counter clerk. They are usually very helpful in picking out a color that best suited for you. I also tend to mix and match lip liners with lipsticks to get a different shade.
another thing too....this might sound a bit wierd, but are your teeth really white or not so white? Cause if your teeth are really white you can get away with wearing neutral tones and pinks. If you have a more yellowish tone to your teeth you might want to stick with more red/wine colors (blue base) it'll brighten your smile and give more contrast. I hope this helps.

Thanks for your suggestions.

I've heard from a few people that they really like the spice lipliner from MAC.

Have you tried any other spice lipliners eg. L'Oreal, Lancome, etc.? For me to go to a department store with a MAC counter means quite a drive.

I have tried every lipstick in the world. I love the MAC line as well. My favorite is 'Fetish', but I also have 'O', and I think it goes with most skin tones etc. I have auburn hair, medium skin tone and brown eyes. Infact, I use all of the MAC products.. It might be a long drive, but you wont be sorry.. good luck.
