I have really sparse but long lashes. it is hard to find a good suitable mascara, so wanted to see if anyone else in my boat has had any luck. so far about the best I have found is maybelline lash expansion. the worst would be lancome definicils. other good ones are shiseido volume mascara (the makeup brand) and almay amazing lasting. anyone else

I have long, but thin lashes. I recently switched to Diorshow Catwalk Mascara. It is supposed to give a false eyelash effect, but for me, it just gives a thick, lush look. It is pretty expensive (about $22), but the tube is HUGE. I wait about an hour after I put it on, then use a Shu Uemura eyelash curler, and wow! My lashes look long, thick and curled - try it!

I have managed to ruin my eye lashes with eyelash curlers. I recently got a shu uemura and the first few times I used it I thought it was so great. Now it is pulling my eyelashes out left and right! Before I had a shisedo that actually cut my eyelashes off in one area. That was my fault because the pad was worm out. I have used evey mascara under the sun and it works ok. I used to have decent lashes until I started messing with them.

I also have sparse lashes and have tried numerous mascaras, but recently was told about Cover Girl's Super Thick Lash (red tube). Tried it, and just LOVE it. People that I work with even asked what mascara I am using! Another plus about this mascara, it does not smudge!! This is a terrific mascara that really builds lashes to their fullest. Give it a try.
