It doesn't ever "leave" your hair - a hair strand/follicle test can tell the tester when the last time was that you used. Last month, last year, 2 years ago if your hair is that long - Your only solution, if you have used within the period of your current hair growth is to shave your head, then quit, and your new hair will be free of all drug evidence. Wow Christine, that is pretty interesting. Some of us were talking about that the other day. We were wondering how long it stays in your hair follicles. Did you get this 411 from a doctor or just from experience from other addicts? I would like to know more. peace h IP: Logged |

Actually I learned this from a couple of sources, legal and not-so-legal!!! The thing is, that until your hair eventually falls out, it retains whatever it is they test for if you have used during the "life" of that hair - obviously, if you have long hair, it has a longer "history" so to speak.
