Has anyone had a mini facelift? I have gone to 3 different PS and gotten differing opinions. Two said full face & the 3rd said I am a perfect candidate for a mini lift. One wanted to do upper & lower bleph., one wanted to only laser under eye area & fat inj., & the 3rd said I only needed the lower bleph. and that he would NOT recommend laser. So I don't know whether to go for a 4th opinion or just go for the mini facelift with the lower bleph. The recovery time for this would be minimal and the cost much less. IP: Logged |

I suppose one approach would be to go with whatever is the LEAST invasive, and if it isn't enough, go back for more. If you go over the top up front you may have to put out more money and pay with more down time than necessary. It's usually easier to get 2nd procedures and get more done, than try to "un do" stuff. Forgot to add that I'm considering Mack Cheney of Boston for a mini lower facelift. I understand his usual anesthesia for this procedure is straight local and this is what I'm looking for. IP: Logged |

I consulted with Dr. Moore, Dr. Lo, and Dr. Pribitkin, all board certified plastic surgeons. Two docs are from Jefferson and one from Penn. I am having the procedures tomorrow morning. IP: Logged |
