fastest way to weight loss would be weight training 6 days a week in the evening, and cardio 6 days a week in the morning. It is a very hectic thing, and I wouldn't do it for more than one month, or overtraining will kick in hard. You will lose a lot of weight quickly this way though, with a sensible diet.

Do you have 15 to 20 minutes that you could exercise daily? You really don't need all that much time. You could walk, run or use an in-house stepper. Running hard for 20 minutes is about 2 miles, for most people that are just recreational runners.

For weight lifting, you can get some of those hand-held weights, at one of the sports-type stores. I have some that range from 3lbs. to 40lbs. each. Hand-held weights are great because they don't take up a lot of space, and you can do them in front of the TV.

After a hard day's work or a tough time at school, a workout can make you feel better. It relieves a lot of stress. I know it helps me sleep better too. So some exercise could actually help you.

Follow a nutritious diet too, consuming natural non-processed foods as much as possible.

yhere are many ways to low carb. some ppl follow traditional plans like protein power, sugar busters, carb addicts etc. while others eat treats in the am &cut bk later in the day.

Princess,

I'm right there with ya....Im getting married in 6 1/2 weeks and Im going on a cruise the day after.......this past Saturday was my first wedding dress fitting. OH MY GOD! Couldn't even be zippered. My next fitting in in 3 weeks. I have discovered through my Father that the Scarsdale diet works very well. You need to follow it exactly for 2 weeks and you will loose anywhere from 15-20 lbs. I've started it today and so far so good. It's an extremely low carb high protein diet.

Take care.
Stefanie

Strict low carb, either Atkins or Protein Power. But you must realize that you must be committed to the regimen. It is hard cuse you have to prepare foods and eliminate most processed foods which are the easiest to eat. Good Luck. If you truely care about your health you may find yourself eating to live rather than living to eat.

I did this diet called Sudenly Slim and I lost 10 lbs in 10 days. It's pretty easy. Shakes and veggies/lean meat. I gained 5 back over a few months. Overall I was really happy with the results. I am doing it again now, because I am getting married March 16th!! Then we are going on a cruise, so I want to loose like 10 more. Right now I am in a 9 and would like to go down to a 7 (at LEAST!!!)!

Best way to low carb is remove all temptation right now. Either throw out or give away your bread, chips, rice etc.

Just for 3 weeks so its no big deal.
If you are super committed but feel you might cheat this is the best way.

Otherwise in 3 weeks you'll wish you had when you've only lost 2 lbs because you didnt stay focused.

Whatever you do, don't jeopardize your health! I have been taking some wonderful products for the last six months. They are doctor recommended and have been proven successful in the US for 9 years. They are pharmaceutical grade products and are listed in the Physician's Desk Reference. Lots of people have gotten great results with these products. Please do your research on whatever you decide, your health is way too important to jeopardize it. If you want more information on these products and how you can find them, just send me an e-mail.

Ihave been using Almased- The turbo protuen diet for 4 days and this morning(the begining of my fifth day I am down 5pounds. I am almost 5'11 and started @170 lbs and want to lose 20 lbs. This is a fast so no solid foods for 2 weeks but I feel great and I swear I am NOT hungry. My boyfriend has lost 6+ lbs in the same time frame. Almased.com has more info. Also I did this last year and lasted 12 days (had to brake fast early to go a wedding) but I lost 12 lbs and it stayed off for 6+ months. Check it out it really works and its on sale right now on line. Make sure you don't have any events to go to during this you don't want any interruptions. Good luck

thank u all so much. i totally appreciate the help. i have finally decided on a diet. well a routine that i think will work for me. i go running in the morning i eat a broiled egg and some juice then i eat whatever i want nut i have cut back severly on fried foods, bread, and sodas. instead i opt for grilled or broiled food and water. then at night i go for a walk, or bike ride with my boyfriend. i usually go for a swim in the afternoon also. so far i have lost about 5 pounds in a week. thanx for the info, let me know anything else u have thanx.

Not to be a wise guy but this is like closing the barn door after the horse ran out.

I guess to lose that much weight in 1 month you could go on the "guantanamo bay" diet, but it would be very unhealthy.

I would cut simple carbs and calories and get a good amount of excercise - this would let you lose weight although not in the time frame you want.
