What is some of your best weight loss tips...beside the usual..exercising, eating right and drinking water.....
I mean is there anything you do that helps curb your eating habits or helps you get exercise doing everyday things...such as...
I drink a cup of boulion when I have a craving for something like chips,& a cup of sugar free cocoa when I want something sweet....I try to park as far away as I can from a store, bank, ect..so I get to walk a little more than if I parked on the front row...
So what are some tips you have found to be helpful to you...

Keeping a good supply of ready-to eat foods in the house that I like and "allow" myself to eat, so that I don't start snacking on the stuff that I want to stay away from. For me this means plain yogurt, low-sugar high fiber cereal, a variety of fruits, mixed nuts and raisins, whole wheat bread, boiled eggs, 100% juice, seltzer water and tuna fish. If one of my kids gets out a bag of cookies and I am tempted, a handful of nuts and raisins does the trick. I also try to stick to regular meal times, or carry a snack if I go out, so I don't become overly-hungry. I find that I eat less over the course of a day this way, and don't get cravings.

A big help for me was going in the refrigerator and all the cabinets and getting rid of ALL the junk food.

-let yourself have a cheat day once in a while...it'll really help u realized how crappy u will feel to eat junk and u will get motivated to wanna eat healthy and exercise after...that totally worked for me.

-i also think once u can eat totally clean for a good 2 weeks...it gets easier after that...u get into the rhythm of it and wanna keep going

-watch calories really closely and go low carb!!
