What are the active ingredients? Just because a pill is called "all natural" doesn't make it healthy. I would recommend asking a doctor or pharmacist. IP: Logged |

Well, I don't see any ingredients that I've heard of being blatantly harmful. I have heard that Chromium is NOT helpful with weight loss, but I don't think it'll hurt you. I still recommend asking a doctor or pharmacist. Go to the local pharmacy, the pharmacist there can probably tell you if s/he's heard good reviews/bad and what common side effects are. IP: Logged |
