Any suggestions to stop a growling stomach? I'm not hungry most of the time when it happens. It is most noticeable when I first go to bed at night.

Try drinking a glass of water since you don't feel hungry.

How much time usually between the time you have dinner and the time you go to bed? And do you eat anything else in the meantime usually? And, is dinner a pretty big meal?

Hello, Mine used to do that when I was a teenager. Another thing it used to do was that you could hear the water swishing back and forth in my stomach when I would jump. I found that if I eat something small and starchy, it stops. Like 1 cookie, half an English muffin, a hand full of popcorn, 1 rice cake, or a couple of crackers, etc. It had to be starchy to absorb the stomach acid. Fruit and vegies or anything juicey or a liquid would just make the situation worse or have no affect.

I wish my stomach was growling every night when I go to bed! I'd probably lose weight!
