I just bought the southbeach diet book. It looks good to do so far. The only thing that concerns me is how much all this " special food" is gonna cost me. Can any give me a guess as to how much. Thankyou. IP: Logged |

I just tried the South Beach Diet but only lasted four days on it. I couldn't stomach eating eggs for breakfast everyday. And I wasn't able to go without eating any fruit for two weeks. As for the cost of the "special food" it's not bad. It's basically regular vegetables and lean meats and fish that you're eating for the first two weeks. Good luck on it. IP: Logged |
