I have a small white-ish bump on the inside of my mouth, on the upper lip. It isn't big, nor does it look like a flat wart-looking thing, but it's almost like pimple or something, kinda flat on the right and left sides and forming a dull point at the top of it. It doesn't look like anything I have seen a picture of online, and doesn't hurt at all. It can even be moved around a bit, like a skin tag or something. It has been there at least a week. It's almost near the frenelum, but about a half an inch away. Does this sound like anything serious?

It may be a swollen salivary gland, but I'm only guessing. I would call your dentist's office and ask them.

For 10 yrs I had a sore in my mouth and it took all those yrs for the VA to do a biopsy. They finally did and it was an immalgum tatoo. I guess when I had nose surgery or a tooth filled, some foreign object went in the check and it turned the spot black and it was sore for 10 yrs! It's gone now and I'm fine.
