AS far as the the double chin goes, I think that is purely going to be weight loss. Unfortunately reducing fat in specific areas is a myth that people commonly believe. To lose weight (refering to fat) it is a process in which your whole body undergoes and I think all of us wish we could control which places that fat burns off of first. (the only way to do that is liposuction)

My best advice would be to find a healthy, low calorie diet and excercise. Also with weight training you can build and tone muscles that will help in the fat burning process.

Good luck. JC

Adding to the previous post - in addition to lowering your overall calorie intake, you should also lower the amount of carbohydrates that your body takes in daily. Carbohydrates immediately raise your blood sugar levels, thus increasing insulin, which among other things instructs your body to store fat. Since you're trying to lose fat lowering your carb intake will be extremely beneficial. You can make up for the drop in calories by upping your protein.

As for exercise, a good time to do cardio is after you wake up before you eat. That way after a good nights sleep your glycogen levels will in most cases be depleted and therefore during your cardio workout your body will be using your stored bodyfat as energy. Good luck.

Hello, It doesn't mean you're overweight, just because you have a double chin. There are skinny people with double chins. I think it's in the genes.

For inner thighs only? I'd do some side kick and side leg raises. Lunges are also good. You can try to pick up cards off the floor when you do the lunges so you know you're getting down low enough.
