Yep...it just hangs there. I've lost a lot of weight in the last ten years and have been working out to tone. I feel pretty good about my body but the arms are too big. I use weights and do yoga...any suggestions?

Those are your tricep muscles...the backs of the upper arms. Find some good tricep exercises and there are a lot of them.

Hey annie, I share your same 'problem'. I have such flabby arms, that when the wind blows I worry that I might take off in flight!

I try and do between 30-50 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. My gym closed down two weeks ago so I've been without machines and free weights. Ugh.

I would suggest some push-ups, some bench/chair dips, cable tricep extensions...I suppose the excerises you can do depend on if you have access to a gym or not. Do a search on Bodybuilding.com and you'll find a list of about 35 excerises you can do.

Hey cocacola...i enjoyed your response...oh well..I seem to be doing all the right things. I've been trying to do aerobic stuff at least 4 to 5 times a week; plus, I do weights and yoga. Well hmmmmmmmm...lipo maybe? thanks for the responses
