Yes..I too experience cramps in my feet..mostly toes, but mine have happened when I had shoes on as well as barefoot. Unfortunately, new pain seems to appear quite often..always to make one wonder if it the "fibro" or something else. I find the only relief is basically "massage"

Let me tell you about foot pain. Yes, I get it pretty bad. To give you some idea, as with my other joints, sometimes it feels like someone dropped a 50 pound weight on my feet (I've never had that happen, but my guess is that's the closest thing.)

Pain deep into the muscles, tendons, and even feels like the bones are hurting. Charley horses in the arch of my feet, soles burning (hands do the same.)

Three things I find that help. Sitting with my feet in front of the heater, or massaging lotion into them, or (and this is the most helpful) doing leg stretching exercises to help the blood circulation in my legs, in turn helping my feet and ankles too. Just a few seconds of leg stretching exercises, I mean literally a few seconds, really make a huge difference.

Nothing ever makes my pain go away completely, but the things I mentioned about really help to lessen the pain.

Hope this will be of help.
Sincerely,
Caring

Wings, Head to toe! Even my sphinxter. Now that is a pain in the A..! This FMS can really do a number on you. The hot wax tubbies work for my hands and feet and elbows and knees. Gary loves it to. Good luck, Kim
