1.Prologue
This article is just to help those lactose intolerant people to treat their disease.It is for practical use not for theoretical discussion.
As you know,some people drink milk will have symptoms including abdominal bloating,cramps and gas etc.That is because of the inability to digest the significant amounts of lactose, the predominant sugar in milk.
According to some chinese articles ,10 percent of people are lactose intolerant.But according to the statistics I collected in my university( East China Normal University ),the rate isn't as high as that.However,those people can't drink milk.
2.Imagination
What I have researched for more than ten years is that how to help those lactose intolerant people drink milk safely everyday and at the same time not lose the milk's nutrition .And now,I can proudly say that I have found it which is both a herbal medicine and vegetable after my remorseless working .It has been tried by many volunteers in our university.If you take the distilled liquid as an additive ,and put it into the milk and whisk then drink it,the magic will happen at once.The symptons you had before will disappear.
3.What it is
The herbal medicine I have found is called Zisuye ( Chinese name ).Its English name is FOLIUM PERILLAE and its Latin name is Perilla frutescens (L.) .It is quite normal in China.The vegetable is found all over china.As a herbal medicine ,it is written in every Chinese Pharmacopoeia and in Japanese Pharmacopoeia.Readers can consult these if they want.I mention this just to prove it is quite safe,and won't have any side effects.If you haven't any better ways to treat the disease,don't hesitate to try this one.



4.Purchase
I have mentioned that I just want to share my researching finding with the patient without any commercial demands.So I have no incentive to help you to purchase it,please remember this.
You can buy it in any Chinese Herbal store .If you can correctly call its name out,I am sure you can buy it .The Zisuye you need must be clean and grew this year .First,you may buy 500 grams.After you arrive home,dispose of the thick branches. Then you should have 200 grams .All you need is leaves.

5.Preparation
How to get this distilled liquid is the key point . Here are the steps.
a.Put the 200 gram leaves into the mixer,get it mulled,the smaller,the better.
b.Put the leaves into the steeless pan,use ten times cold boiled water (2000cc)to marinate them for a while
c.Keep the temperature between 50 degrees and 70 degrees,cook for half an hour using the glass stick to whisk once for a while.At this time,you can smell the flavor of grass.
d.When it cool down,you can filter out the reminant through the sterile gauze,then you should have about 1600cc distilled liquid.
e.Put the distilled liquid in the steeless pan,boil it and whisk with the glass stick.Don't stop until there are about 800cc liquid left.
f.Then after 12 hours' natural cooling,you can find some dark brown sediment.Use the filter paper to filter it out.Now ,you should have about 200cc distilled liquid.
g.Put the liquid into the disinfecting facility and shut the lid tightly,freeze it in the fridge,keep the temperature under 4 degrees.

6.Take the medicine
The most important thing is that you needn't feel nervous.Put 1cc of distilled liquid into 200cc milk,then drink it as usual.You can have a feeling comparsion.The diffence is quite obvious. After you have drank for 15 days as a period according to the way I mentioned,you can try the fresh milk.If you haven't any uncomfortable feeling,you are ok.If you have,you can have ....
Everyone has reacts differently,so please use it flexibly.Anyway,you can take the medicine until the bothering symptom disapear .You are the boss.
