Has anyone heard of TA? It's an India herb that's said to be a cure for heart disease. They say there is no incentive to market it because it is a generic herb that's already out there. Doctors sure aren't making any headway with heart disease so needless to say, we are going to try it.

TA is an Ayurvedic herb called Terminalia Arjuna and my husband is having very good results with it lowering his blood pressure. It is working better than any of the drugs he has taken, and without any of the side effects. It's called a heart tonic, but it is hard to say about that yet. We are just so pleased with the way it lowers his blood pressure. I have been buying the Solaray brand at this site. http://www.affordablesolaray.com/ayurvedic.html, but you can probably type it in your search engine and find it other places.

How long has your husband been taking TA and how long did it take to notice a drop in his blood pressure, and how much of a drop? How much does he take and how often? Also, is he dieting and exercising along with taking TA?

I just heard about this stuff today and I'm really anxious to try it.

My husband has been taking the TA for about three months now and it is keeping his blood pressure within normal range. His blood pressure had been ranging in the upper 60s over as high as in the 100s. Now it is in the 40s and 50s over 70s. What he likes most about it is that it doesn't have any side effects. It started working pretty fast for him but I don't remember how many days it took. He takes two 500 mg. capsules a day.

I forgot to add that he doesn't diet or exercise although he is very active. He doesn't believe in the diets and said they didn't work for him in any way. He believes that the natural foods like real butter and eggs are healthier for him. These are just his person opinions.

Many thanks for your replies. I'm going to order some of this today and see what happens. However, I am going to try to exercise regularly and maintain, if not a strict diet, then a more sane one.
