I was wondering...I was on the Bernstein diet a couple of years ago and lost 80 pounds. Now, unfortunately, I have gained it all back with my recent pregnancy. I was considering doing the Bernstein diet again, but had heard that instead of having to go to the clinic and pay more than $100 per week, I would be able to take Vitamin B12 & B6 (1000 mg per day). Does anyone know if there are any side effects I should be concerned about with taking large doeses of these vitamins? IP: Logged |
