Hi, first timer here. I'm concerned because I have three pimples or cyst's on the shaft of my penis. One is bigger then the other two. The bigger one is about the size of the tip of a cuetip, the other two are like pinheads. Two are close together, the other one is on the other side of my shaft. They don't hurt at all. They have been there about 4 months now and the smaller ones seem to be getting a little bigger (not sure though). I have had the same partner for three years and visa versa, so STD's seem to be out of the question, I hope. They don't bother me except for the look of them is unattractive. Not sure if there is a way to get rid of these myself (I haven't tried anything yet) or what advice does anyone have? I have tried to squeeze the larger one but it doesn't pop and I don't want to cause more harm. They are flesh colored. Any advice? Thanks.

Usually I'd say that those sound like hair follicles that may have become impacted or even pimples. However, since they've been there a while and with no change, I'm not sure what they are. I would watch them and make sure they don't change any in color, shape or size. If they become red and swollen or appear infected (or become painful) I'd see a doc. Otherwise, consider them part of the equipment. If you're concerned, next time you see a doc just ask him/her to check them out.
