Im 15 and i have tiny little white pimple-like bumpbs on the inside of my foreskin, visible only when its retracted. there is a lot of em. it looks kinda fraky to me. they dont hurt or irritate or do anything. What are these? how do i get rid of em? pls help. IP: Logged |

I have some of those spots too. They are nothing to worry about. They are called Fordyce spots just like tiny cysts. Fordyce Spots This condition arises from the presence of ectopic sebaceous glands. It may be found under the prepuce and on the vulva. The lesion appear as multiple small, white or yellow spots in submucosa. IP: Logged |

Hi I have these same little bumps on my ** and also theyre growing on my top lip  Theres about 500 on my foreskin and theyre still multiplying. Im so despearate not only do they look repulsive to any girl seeing them well anyone, inclucing myself, but I have to try and use lip pencil on my lips to hide the ever growing pimples. Its so awful I cant tell you just how much this is totally ruining my life! Would laser treatment be able to take these things away cos Im not coping very well in my life at the momment with these things? Also amphy60 and sdp please can you post back as I really need to talk to someone whos got the same thing and see if you got the similar things I got? It would be very much appreciated! Hey Matt Have you seen a doctor? I'm sure he or she could help you out. Make sure, too, that they know how much it bothers you. (Although, while it's probably little consolation to you, I'd bet that it doesn't look as bad as you think it does, becuase everything seems worse when you obsess over it.) Keep us updated? Tman offers wise words. Check up with a physician; he should recommend whether or not you can benefit from a dermatologist. I once had a buddy with large pores on his face; no one noticed except him and those whom he pointed out the pores to. Needless to say, he has a beautiful lady -- trust me, gorgeous -- who thinks he is the greatest stud. In a sense, it gives him a rugged, unique, take no prisoners, look. Yeh Ive seen the doctor Ive seen a dermatologist and they say theres nothing that can be done! I begged the dermatologist for anything that could be done and she just said sorrys theres nothing! I broke down in tears which is something I never do in public but I was just sooo upset about these things that I couldnt help it.I know you both say its probably not as bad as you think it is but unfortunatly it really is. If it was just a few spots or pimples then I could get on with my life, Ive even got ppp as well and ive seen the amount of people complaining about them but I have loads of these fordyce spots about 500 all over my foreskin as well. Plus theyre growing on my lip and they are spreading and getting bigger all the time ahhhhhh!!!! Please can someone help me cos I just cant handle this myself if anyone who has this too can you please post back please?? IP: Logged |

Hey Matt, Sorry but there is nothing I can really do to help you. I just have 2 small patches on the forskin and thats it. I understand that you're annoyed with this esp. because you have it on your lips. Go to google and type in Fordyce Spots. The first search link shows someone with it in the mouth and lips. Go through the searches and maybe you can find something there as far as treatment is concerned. I think I read that Retin-A cream was recommended on one of the links., but that stuff burns I think so it would have to be fairly low potency. Maybe you should see a dermatologist. IP: Logged |

How exactly do you pop them, I've got quite large amount and there not actually large enough really to be able to get a grip of to pop, also even if a squeeze them extrememly hard (I also tried stretching them apart) They don't burst because they're under the skin. HI, I have these white pimple like stuff too. Do they appear on the skin at the scrotum as well? And also, when you attempt to feel it, does it feel bumpy and lumpy? Mine doesn't appear in groups but are scatterred. Normal this is?? Finally, is it a normal thing that they do not appear unless the skin is stretched? IP: Logged |

hey mattiscool, I have the same exact problem. I have them on my upper lip and some in my lower lip. I've had this for almost a year now and it's a reall pain in the ass. It looks horrible and it makes me look like I'm always sick or have chapped lips. I went to a dermatologist to see what it was and he told me what I had and that there was no treatment. But I was searching on the internet and I heard accutane or retin-a or a chemical peel would help. I might have to try some of this drugs, it's better than living with all this white spots in your lips, I think it's worth it. My self-esteem has gone down so much because of this. I totaly know what your going through and I feel your pain bro. Hey if you want to talk sometimes, leave me your email address. I tried that accutane stuff and its heavy duty stuff. Clearned up my skin really nice tho when nothing else would work. There is some major side affect tho. You have to get blood test's done and **** before you start it. Also I got 1 lil white bump the size of a pen tip right where the penis head ends, and meets the skin. I've tried to pop it and stuff came out but it keeps coming back. IP: Logged |

It might be a fungal infection? It sounds like something I had. I just applied hydrocortisone cream 2.5% and it was gone. You should probably consult a doctor first. IP: Logged |

First of all, hope those funny ppl get to understand one thing, 'not everyone's foreskin & scrotum has the same amount of white bumps of urs'. It just like acne, u have 10, but other ppl have 100, and I think u might able to understand the pain & feelings, the disgusting look of it if its too much. I had these white bumps started 5 years ago, when I was 15. It grows, it multiples, it never got better.Til now, it's really a big amount around my foreskin. Seen a doctor, he said it's normal. But personally I think it's disgusting, its too much, it grows, it act like an infection, though neither itchy nor pain. Of course, it affects my mood for sex and confident. Well, I just hope others might understand, and wish we all (serious ones) will find a *cream to take them off, just leave 50 white bumps for me is already a miracle and sufficient. Now I lost count of how many I got, it just fill the foreskin, mostly. IP: Logged |

The cure you all are searching for is laser treatment. There are multiple articles in medical and dermatological journals on the effectiveness of laser treatment for eliminating this condition entirely. It's really affordable at only a few hundred dollars in most areas and the results last forever and completely eliminate all signs that any condition ever existed. So if you really want to get rid of this common benign skin condition forever stop the crazy home remedies and just get a simple laser session and you'll never have to think about this normal skin condition again. Has anyone had any success in getting their Fordyce spots treated with a laser? How much scarring is left after treatment with a laser? What type of doctor would I want to contact for this type of work on my lip. Most derms don't seem to have the equipment. Thank you very much. IP: Logged |

yeah dry up the skin! i used nappy rash cream on my foreskin as it was a bit soar, and it Reduced the Fordyce spots size by alot !  IP: Logged |

HEllo this is offically the sadest day of my life. I too have these forsaken things must have over 100. I am glad im not the only one though and i have found this thread. I am 15 and i thought when im 18 and left home ill just go to the docs and get them removed. But now.... OMG!! My life is totaly stuffed what chick is gunna want to be with me? i'm 15 and i got those dumb little white dots to. i was gonna see a doctor but decided to check what internet had to say. So there is no cure besides costly laser surger? that sucks. well i'm relieved to know i'm not the only one who has them i just wish they would get lost. they do bring me down sometimes but if anyone hears of a cream or something let me know. thx.
