I have a very small bump on the bottom of my penis on the shaft. It's a normal colour except there's a black spot on the top of the bump. The bump is hard and it doesn't seem to be attached to the penis...just the skin...and it doesn't hurt. Should I be worried about this? IP: Logged |

Sounds like a blackhead. We get them and other pimples on our genitals sometimes too, though not very often. IP: Logged |

You could try gently squeezing it, perhaps after a warm shower to soften it but if nothing comes out leave it. Is it larger than the other small bumps we all have? IP: Logged |

I have had several of these over my 53 years. One currently, looked like a cyst but upon close inspection it appreared more like a big blackhead. After peircing it with a needle, I used tweezers to remove about a 2" long infected hair. The remains of one on my testies left some scar tissue. IP: Logged |
