I have found a small lump in/on the scrotal skin. It is on the left side, in front of the left testicle, and down a little. it isn't attached to anything but the skin, and it's a little lighter in color than the rest of the skin. It seemed to develop in the past 1 or 2 days. Since it isn't on the testicle, im not worried about cancer, but im worried about needing to remove it. I've found basically two possibilities from searching the web: it's either a cyst or something to do with hair follicles. If it is one of those two does it need to be removed? Or any other possibilities as to what it can be?. It hasn't caused any pain at all, but can someone tell me what it is? Im 19...Thanks

I think you should get it checked out by a doctor and get him/her to recommend you the best treatment. Good luck eh!
