celexa often makes us worse at first, the dose could be reduced for a while, more ativan will help you cope with the early side effects, try to get some ativan tablets celexa nad all the other SSRI or prozac type antidepressants often reduce anxiety, panic attacks and depression, they can make you much better with a big improvement IP: Logged |

I tried Celexa, but went through two weeks of the worst anxiety and panic attacks I have ever experienced (and I've had some DOOZIES)! They were like drug-induced panic attacks, and none of my coping techniques worked. I had to stop. It is almost always difficult getting onto and off of SSRI's. I do know people that have had great success with Celexa ~ perhaps after this period of "ramping up", you will, too! Good luck! IP: Logged |
