Is it only me or does anyone eles feel like they are on a boat all the time with the room tipping or swaying sideways. MY legs feel weak like jelly Like the floor is moving beneath me!
And my head always feel heavy. It is so annoying and I hate feeling like this. ANYONE ELES?

Yep, a few years ago. Accept my legs didn't feel like jelly. I had completely forgotten about it. I somehow never found it very disturbing, kind of fun even. Don't know what is causing it. Since you don't share a similar point of view I'm hoping it will pass right away.

Oh, and uh, is your caps lock key broken?

I use to get that feeling all the time. I agree it is annoying and can add to anxiety when it continues to happen. I never found anything about it fun!! Mine finally eased off after awhile. Hopefully the same will happen for you!

Hi,

I feel dizzy alot, but dont experience it frequently.Ive noticed I can be sitting on the couch, loveseat,in the chair, laying in bed or sitting at my desk and it feels Im swaying,or spinning.I HATE this feeling coz its sceery!!!

Ive also noticed can lean back in my chair and feel like Im moving and kinda like my heads closing in.It gets so bad I have to grab hold of my desk and close my eyes and pray it stops and dont come back.

All it is is stress and Anxiety. Its hard to believe, but with time and by relaxing it to will pass.

thank you normorcrazy & jasmine30 for your encouraging words,I have had this for a few years now along with panic, an anxiety and after awhile it wears you down and you wonder if you are the only one feeling this way. I can honestly say it happens often thoughout the day and it scares me expecially if I am in a place were I can't lie down till it passes. Do you feel medication helped or made this worse? I thank you for you insight on this horriable feeling.

I'm sorry if I offended you.

I experience and have experienced so many symptoms due to my anxiety disorder. Some I find very disturbing, some less or not at all but this swaying feeling I simply enjoyed as it came. It's all very subjective.

hi lightsteelblue none taken. I appreciate your honesty and realize panic disorder effects us all in diffrent ways (yet we are the same) what might be a horriable thing to one may be minor to another. for me this a big part of my panic disorder and it disables me from things I enjoy.
good luck to you and hope to chatt again! take care,

i am dizzy all the time, that is one of the worst symptoms i am dealing with now. I can be at work and start getting dizzy and i just feel like i am going to pass out and freak out to find a place to calm down and to take a break. IT sucks so bad cause this dizziness feeling happens to me everywhere so i feel your pain. Good luck and hope you start feeling better!!

I get so dizzy sometimes sitting in classes. I have to sit close to the door in case I need to step out for air. Does anyone else get nauseous when this happens?

hi BlueEyzzmel, Yes I also get an upset stomach when these dizzy spells happen. it's like motion sickness. I can relate to what you are feeling. I thought it was a side affect to medication, but when I stopped the meds it just got worst. It is all anxiety related.
stay well.

That happened with me as well. I would feel sick, but I know I was just adding to the anxiety. I will say meds made me feel better after a few weeks, however, if you can handle it without meds I would recommend doing so. Good luck and take care!!!
