why not just but a pill crusher??? available at any pharmacie and also buy a pill cutter at the same time. makes the chore so much easier. and yes a much smaller dose under the tongue or in the mouth works just great. you bypass the stomach as it is absorbed in the mouth to a great degree. happy cutting and grinding. i find the grinding not too useful as the dissolving under the tongue works just fine.
