Taking under the tongue

I just got some 25 mg samples from the doctor, and have never used this before. I'm 45 in good health and have begun to have some problems with staying hard. I read that you can put pill under the tongue. Do I split it in half or use the whole pill under the tongue? Do I crush it or keep it whole? How bad does it taste? How long to disolve????
