I'm not Ray, but I am a mammalian biologist. The simple answer is that under the proper conditions, erection usually leads to orgasm. But, as you yourself have experienced, it is possible to have that spasmodic feeling, often accompanied by ejaculation, without an erection (just as it possible to have erections without orgasms). I can understand the frustration you must feel. Perhaps you can find a therapist familiar with the "sensate feeling" approach. I feel sure that help is on the way if you search it out. You won't be sorry. Good luck to you.

: What is biological difference between getting and orgasm for ejaculation and getting an erection or
: both.

: When I was young(currently 28) use to mastrubate
: and ejaculate immediately without firm erction.
: Now is my sex life I experience the same and
: frustrated. How to train my mind to achieve orgasm
: and erection.

: I never mastrubated since I was teen. My hormone
: level seems to be ok.
