I would like to loose 10-12 pounds and have a more toned/lean body. I have begun a workout of 3 days weight training and 3 days of aerobic (treadmill) for 30 minutes. I would like to take a supplement but I don't know which one? I don't want to take anything with ephrine or Ma Huang - I get shakes and headaches. I saw a product "LeanBody" and "EAS-Phen Free". Anyone know have positive results? What should I do? Any help / advice is appreciated.
