I have been taking Xenadrine for two weeks now and have not lost a pound. While I am not looking for miracle results, I thought I would have lost at least one pound by now. I exercise 4-5 times a week - both cardio & weights. I eat a failry healthy diet - watch the fat intake, lots of fruits, veggies, water etc. I need to lose 10-15 pounds, and I thought this would give me the bost my body seems to need. Has anyone had a similar experience? Is it me? I am following the directions, and taking the recomended dose. Do I need to give it more time before I see results?
