sudden hairloss!?!?!?!

Hi. I'm an 18 year old male who never had problems with my hair before this, but about two weeks ago my hair started shedding. It happens mostly when it is wet, but also when it's dry and I run my fingers through my hair. Also, about two months ago, I started taking supplements for my mild acne problem which includes a B complex vitamin, 1000mg of Evening Primrose Oil, 500mg of vitamin C, and 50mg of Zinc citrate daily. Could the supplements have something to do with the sudden hair loss? I read that all 4 vitamins are GOOD for hair loss, and if so, why am I LOSING hair----I dunno. I'm confused! Any help would be greatly appreciated! thanx.
