: : : I read 2 articles stating that the vitamin zinc is usefull to increase sperm production. One study said that 30-60 mg of zinc a day should be taken. Another study said that 220 mg a day should be taken. Which one is correct? Please help!!
: : : Hi Grace. Taking more than 100mg of zinc is actually BAD for you, as it depresses the immune system. I would recommend taking 50mg of zinc gluconate daily with a meal. I take zinc, and my semen is PACKED with little Corey Jr.'s! : ) Good luck!
: : : Take a zinc supplement that is CHELATED so that it doesn't interfere with the absorbtion of copper and manganese. Zinc is known to do that.
Thanks for the reply. Did you have a low sperm count before you started taking zinc??? I'm very interesed in how much it actually increases sperm count!!!!!
