Jenn, I'am sorry to hear all that. Please explain to me what you are talking about. Bad side effects are very important to me. I thought I researched this stuff really well and found nothing about bad side effects. What were you taking and did you follow all the rules, ie.. No caffeine, take on empty stom. Etc....I would love to hear back about this if you don't mind. That's whats great about this message borad is we can hear from real people. Thanks, Sher
