I work out like a dog. two hours of intense step cardio monday thru friday. and defenanlty watching what i eat. i dont have much of an appetitite. i just want this stuff off. just 10 lbs and i will be so overjoyed. its seem like i am at some kind of stand still. i hope i see a drop on the scale this sat. what all are you doing?
