Hi. I just went to a pharmacy store and bought a 908g bottle of Whey Protein. It's company is "MAXIMUS NATURAL SPORT".
I was looking for some protein supplements, cuz I want to bulk up about 10-15 pounds of muscle and build some definition, and I've been working out 6 days a week for the past few months.
The Protein supplement I got was the cheapest one in the store. It doesn't even look like this company has a website. Has anyone else heard about this company?
Is the Whey Protein powder safe to use if I'm only 17? And in case you wanted to know, here's the nutrition label: Serving Size: 40 grams
Energy: 150 calories/628 kJ
Protein: 21 grams
Fat: 1.5 grams
Carbohydrates: 14 grams Also, how much protein do I need a day, if I'm 5'6", 136 lbs, workout 6 days a week?
