Try eating some of your heavier foods in the afternoon. You need more protein and carbs in your diet. Try varing your workout intensity... try walking shorter distances at higher rate of speed of try walking with more resistance. Continue with water intake and get plenty (8-hrs) of rest. This should activate your metabolism and the weight will begin to melt off.
