First of all what kind creatine are taking? (Creatine = protein) You should take in about ..max 10 grams of creatine a day. It should be mixed with some sort of grape juice ideally. You should also be drinking lots of water...creatine absorbs the water and in turn your muscles "pump up" as a result. Creatine does not hyrdrate, in fact, just the opposite if you do not take in enough water you will begin to cramp and/ or have pulsating twitches. Creatine is a great supplement if used correctly.
