Maxabol is a prohoromone that needs to taken at various intervals through out the day. The tablets are dissolved under the tongue for better absorbtion. To answer your question, you will have to be the judge. For the money creatine is a better bang for the buck. For a more advavanced body builder Maxabol may be the answer although it will cost you closed to $150.One bottle of 100 tabs will last a man of 210 lbs about 10 days. If you are under the age of 21 I would not use Maxabol. Take care and good luck.
