Anxiety attack, I need help

Last night for the first time in my life I had and anxiety attack. I stopped taking xendarine last week (sept 27), and early sunday morning I woke up and I felt like I was going insane. My heart beat was racing, and I felt like I was losing control. I am scared, really scared, I am still a little fuzzy, and am afraid this will come back. I don't know what to do. Can somebody please help me? I have never had something like this happen to me, what should I do?
