Xenadrine - does it work?

I have tried just about every exercise machine, exercise plan, modifing my eating habits, restricting my caloric intake, no carbs, low carbs, zone diet, cabbage, grapfruit, and vegan diets...pills, shakes, teas, and topical ointments to loose weight! As you can see I have spent a great deal of time and money, and I'm frustrated and still 190 lbs. (at 5'5 - medium build). Lately I've been trying a lot more thermogenic products to try and give myself a jumpstart at loosing the weight. When I see the pounds start to come off, I'm more motivated to get off the couch. I'm basically looking for a little help. I was told that Xenadrine might be able to help me. If anyone out there has tried other thermogenic weight loss drugs, can you tell me how this one stacks up. Thanks for any insight that you might be able to give, I'm sick of looking like this, and eating right and exercise is frustrating without results!
